You can run or walk your virtual race anywhere you choose! It could be in your neighborhood, on a treadmill, or anywhere that is safe and compliant with the COVID-19 protocols in your region. Please remember that for each race you should run at least 5km on the Mattoni FreeRun certified courses. All we ask is that you track the run using a GPS tracker such as Strava, Runkeeper, Garmin, etc. so you can submit evidence of your run. And don't forget to collect waste while you are running!
Once you have registered for any of the virtual race distances you will be given your own participant account page where you can update your personal information and submit evidence of your race.
